Apartment Kivotos is situated 9 km south west from Skiathos Town, at the settlement Agia Paraskevi. The village took its name from the Church of Agia Paraskevi, where a traditional religious festival takes place every 26th of July.

The beautiful sandy beach of Agia Paraskevi is at a walking distance of 900 m from the apartment and offers great swimming, snorkling and plenty of other watersport opportunities. At the beach bar you will find a refreshing drink on hot summer days and it is possible to rent chairs and umbrellas.

For those who love to walk in the middle of nature, a forest path from the apartment guides you up to a church that takes care of the stray dogs in their dogshelter.

From our location you have easy acces to all gorgeous beaches of Skiathos Island, like the famous beach of Koukounaries or the beach of Kanapitsa, but also to Skiathos Town, where you can take the ferry boat to the other Sporadic Islands, Skopelos and Alonissos.
